Provider charges and service fees are agreed separately in the proposal. The plan should explain who owns each account, who pays recurring fees and how renewals will be handled.
Does moving the website also move email?
Not necessarily. Email may use a separate provider even when it shares the same domain. We identify domain and email dependencies before any changeover so the plan covers the services involved.
Do backups guarantee immediate recovery?
No. Recovery depends on what was backed up, when it was captured and whether the restoration process works. Backup schedules, retention and recovery expectations should be part of the agreed setup.
